L1 Position Available

Candidates interested in this position must have great communication skills and will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.  We are currently seeking the following requirements for a Help Desk Technician:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming service requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
  • Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
  • Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
  • Self-starters with a good work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team and a desire to come up with the best solutions for our clients
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
  • MCSA in Windows Server or a Cisco CCNA preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant IT support.

HelpDesk Position Available

  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
  • Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
  • Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

SSE Position Available

Candidates interested in this position will take the lead on technical and business discussions with clients that impact business continuity, security, and growth. Responsibilities will include R&D, proactive maintenance, analysis, design, development, documentation, and testing of client network environments. We are currently seeking the following requirements for an L2 Engineer:

  • A proven track record of experience in the IT environment
  • Must live local to the Ventura/LA County
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Cisco CCNA or higher desired
  • A strong working knowledge of technologies surrounding a network infrastructure, including backups, security, GPO, terminal services, and Cisco UCS Server Management
  • Self-starters with a good work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team and a desire to come up with the best solutions for our clients
  • Commitment to achieve additional vendor specific certifications
  • Advanced or current knowledge of Storage and Virtualization technology, including storage fabric design and implementation, VMWare farm design and implementation for enterprise deployments, and SAN design and implementation for enterprise storage systems
  • SAN Certification Preferred  (Nimble/EMC/Netapp/Dell Compellent)
  • VMWare Certification Preferred (VCP 5/6)
  • Great customer service skills
